This module is about ideas and information that relate to the Community Care Common Standards: Standard 2: Appropriate Access and Service Delivery: Expected Outcome 2.3: Care Plan Development and Delivery. This module will focus on what it means to give care and services that have been developed with full involvement of your client based on assessed needs as described in their care plan. The community standards have been made to protect the rights of older people who receive community aged care services.
